Valentine's Day!

Today was Valentine's Day and we all dressed in red or pink then had a disco in the afternoon!

Charcoal bread drawing

today we tried out 'bread drawing'. We covered a page in charcoal, then used bread to remove it again to create a pattern.

today we continued with our textured surfaces. We tore up tissue paper and stuck it down with glue. I was a natural!

Weather reporting

summer has been hot and dry. I love being able to read the weather report in the morning. When is it going to rain again?

First Nature studies of 2019!

Yesterday we went on a walk towards the racecourse and collected as many different leaves as we could find! I used scissors to snip the leaf samples off the trees. We then took the leaves back to the centre and looked at them through the magnifying glass!

It's good to be back at work!
