I had a wonderful morning today with the guys’ group; we enjoyed playing basketball and football. It was very fun!Gv

 I went down to the Welcome Bay Tennis courts and practiced my skills, Then finished upwith shooting some hoops. -MN

Look how tall the tower I built is! I really enjoyed making them so tall and then watching them fall over when I hit them. It was great fun

I spelled names and words using scrabble letters. EB

Centre Maintenance

 

Today I repaired the soap dispenser in the Lounge toilet. It needed a new washer to stop it from moving.DG

Acting/Roleplay

 

Today we acted as mums and dads. I really enjoyed acting as a Dad, I had to pretend I had an injured son and I had to call the ambulance for him.

I tried another music C game and then listened to ,y favourite songs on YouTube. EB

Winter Olympics

 

We followed the New Zealand team during the Winter Olympics. We got two silver medals and a bronze medal. Amy brought in her snowboard, googles, snow boots and helmet for us to try. The snowboard was heavy and the snow boots very chunky but fun to try. DG

Sensory

 I won the sensory room, I organized it all and made a cool car park for the cars. I helped take photos of them to make a new game of eye spy

Sports fun

Super fun sports games today. Egg and Spoon Relays, musical balls and duck duck goose. There was a lot of laughs and running.

I had an awesome time with the foil balloons and the fan. We even blew up some gloves that were really cool in the fan. It was lots of fun when it went high enough to block the projector and the lights reflected everywhere

Today in Roleplay we went to Hawaii for a holiday. We talked about passports and were given a flower lei on arrival. We surfed, played the Ukelele, did a  hula, played some drums, watched the dolphins and whales  and returned home to rain. DG

I watched YouTube and sang along to Red Hot Chili Peppers. EB

Palmers

 

I won the gardening. It was a really lovely day to help do the gardening at Palmers, making sure every last stone was back in the garden and all the green weeds were pulled out.

Today was a beautiful day to go to the Park with my friends, we played Cricket and I also gave a go in the flying fox. What an awesome morning we had! Gv

Gardening

 

 I had a lovely morning working in the garden. I planted some aster plants and watered them. DG

Cooking was so fun making a bean and potato goulash with bread crumbs and feta.TA

Sensory room

 

I build the vans with mechano. It was cool and I enjoyed adding a hook to tow the wheel chairs. I enjoyed building and then putting everything back into the box in all the right slots
