Mossop’s Honey

Today I went to Mossop’s Honey and watched the bees arriving with their pollen and making the hive. We tasted the honey and even got a honey comb choc👍

Yeooooww! I milked a cow today and I came first and I got a certificate. Look at it

I had a great time watching the shearing and the New Zealand hunter way sheep dogs run over the sheep! It was cool. I enjoyed singing songs about milking cows on the way home.

Valentine's Day!

Today was Valentine's Day and we all dressed in red or pink then had a disco in the afternoon!

Charcoal bread drawing

today we tried out 'bread drawing'. We covered a page in charcoal, then used bread to remove it again to create a pattern.

Art

today we continued with our textured surfaces. We tore up tissue paper and stuck it down with glue. I was a natural!

Weather reporting

summer has been hot and dry. I love being able to read the weather report in the morning. When is it going to rain again?
