Christmas party 2019

What a awesome time I had at the Christmas party on Friday. I enjoyed all the food and dancing with my friends. We were surprised with circus performers. It was a great way to end the year.

On Tuesday I went with guys group ten pin bowling. What cool fun it was 😁

Strand water front

yesterday I went on a outing to the strand waterfront, I watched some guys doing bombs off the warf which was pretty cool and had a ride on one of the hairy mclary statues 🐕  I enjoyed being out in the sun 🌞

In NZ studies we finished reading the story of Whale Rider. I really liked taking turns to read out loud to my friends.

Van washing

I am such a great helper at my centre. I was helping to wash the vans so they are clean for My friends and I. Awesome aye!

Water park

this morning we went on a outing to the lakes water park! I had a great time pumping the water, playing on the swing and searching for eels off the bridge. I even did some exercise walking up the stairs. What a beautiful day 🌞

3D trick art gallery

Today I went to the 3D trick art gallery in Rotorua. It was so cool to see all the art and get our photos taken with it. heres some photos of me from today. it was such a cool day.

NZ culture

Today i was studying the Maori place names of  Aotearoa. Then I went onto google earth and found Te Puke.

Busy bees

On A very wet and cold Friday I went to the Comvita Factory and went on the tour with Nikki. I had a turn on the VR glasses and I was flying over the hives in a helicopter. It was cool. We ate our lunch at the cafe down the road and got some hot chips. I had a great day.

Pukehinahuna

for NZ culture session today, I went to the Gate Pa School to learn about the Battle of Pukehinahina. I also enjoyed playing on the playground while I was there.

Talent quest finals

On Friday I performed in the Arohanui talent quest finals. I sang my famous act californication by red hot chilli peppers! I did an amazing job and I BROUGHT THE TROPHY HOME! 1st place equal with another contestant. Me and all my friends are so proud of myself.

Fun at the park

yesterday afternoon I went to the park, I played on the playground, went on the rope swing jumped on the trampoline and best of all went down the flying fox!

Guide dogs

Today we had a visit from the guide dog foundation, they brought in 5 dogs and one was just a cute little puppy, it was nice to be able to pat them and feed them.

Today is my birthday and I had a muffin with my friends at Arohanui. A kind lady also gave me $3.00 when I was at Waipuna hospice this morning.

Gardening

Today in gardening I picked some carrots out of the garden and ate them!! The carrots tasted really good. Justine and I planted spring wild flowers for spring and did some weeding. I also gave Julie a spring onion.

I came in to visit my friends for an hour this morning. I will be back on Thursday for another visit.

Magnolia Minerals

I had a great visit to Magnolia Minerals in Greerton. I loved looking at all the ornaments and lamps. I even sat in the meditation chair and practised breathing and relaxation. The shop smells amazing with all the incense. The lady was so nice and helped us with the sliding door.
