I have finally finished my personal book for the year can't wait to share it with my family.

BBQ at Yatton park

Had a great day at Yatton park for guys group,I ate sausages and meat patties on a bun ,then had a got a the gumboot throw,I was awesome,we had lots of fun

coastguard headquarters

Had a fun day out at the coastguard headquarters.  We got to have a look around the coastguard boat, do some fishing, had lunch out at sulphur point, I even saw a rat while we were fishing

AUCKLAND

What an awesome day we had yesterday in Auckland we went to kelly tarltons and saw the big sharks and sting rays then off to sky city where we got a tour of the sky tower 60 stories high! What an awesome day.

Drive in a truck at tepuke quarry

Had a great day at the quarry,Terry the truck driver took me and Mark for a ride in his truck to pick up pumas then dumped it on a big pile...the truck was very noisey

Soccer match

We challenged Wilrose to a soccer match yesterday, was so much fun, and we got to take the trophy with us this time.

Awesome morning out with all the guys, fish n chips and a spot of fishing.

Yesterday we climbed the Mount.  We had lunch at the top under the trees.  It was lots of fun

Te Puna Quarry

Yesterday we went to Te Puna Quarry Park.  It was lovely and peaceful. I really liked the old digger that used to be used on the quarry.

Out to a show

Today I got out and about to watch the drama production marry popins.

Basketball game

For sports outing yesterday we went down to the QEYC and had a game of basketball against Wilrose. It was lots of fun, I shot for goal lots of times.

Te Puke Disco

I had lots of fun at the disco in Te Puke.  I came as batman.  It was awesome getting to see all my friends from Te Puke and Wilrose.

He korero

We went to the Tauranga Art Gallery and had a look at He Korero, the beautiful piano. It is such a special piano that we weren't allowd to play it but we went across the road and played lots of music on the piano on the street

Renovating

Today was cool! We stuck some paper from a book onto wood...it's going make a coffee table !

Basketball

In sports outting we are playing basketball.

Cooking pizzas

In cooking I got to help make pizzas out of pita bread that we also made the week before yum yum!

Fishing

Yesterday we got out and about in the lovely weather to do some fishing.

Cultural studies

We have been studying Egypt.we have made a sarcophagus, written our names in Egyptian hieroglyphs and done some Egyptian cooking,

Guys group

Had lots of fun at memorial park last week. My favourite park was going down the slide which was more like a hydro slide after the rain

We had to have sports outting indoors this week due to the very wet weather! But we came up with some exciting indoor activies my favourite was hula hooping!

Green fingers

I have been very busy in garden group lately and have green fingers. I have been planting seedlings, weeding the garden and harvesting vegetables to take home for my stir fry such as cabbage and broccoli. I collected some cool leaves off a grape vine with interesting colours and patterns, we are pressing them and using them in art projects. 

PIRATES!

Greetings all me hearties! Me and my merry band of scallywags had a pirate adventure yesterday. We sailed on down to a soggy port and had an explosive game of "cannon ball attack". then I led my crew in an epic battle of "capture he flag" I stole the flag from the other ship and took it back to my base along with a booty of riches. I had so much fun making cannon balls, swords, and pirate hats. YAARRR!

Out and about

I have been getting out and about enjoying the sun shine while it lasts!

Working hard!

This week I have been working hard at Arohanui. I have been making lots of clay tiles and making coil pots in pottery. Have a great Easter everyone!

What an awesome time I had in sports outing playing rounders with a twist! I am getting really good at running to each base and hitting the ball out of the park!!

Renovating

We have been really busy renovating our beer crate coffee table it's nearly finished

Wonderful smells

What an awesome a outing we had to the rose gardens the smell was amazing all the colourful roses

Woodwork

At woodwork I am building a grasshopper. I have made the body, and the wheels. I had to drill holes, sand, and saw. I like woodwork because it is good and I get to make things.

Renovation

We have an exciting new project happening at Arohanui a renovating group! We are working on a beer crate table we have sanded it and are starting to paint ill keep you up to date on the progress

Community garden

Today I had lots of fun in the community garden. I especially enjoyed picking corn, cucumber and courgettes. We are taking our favourites home to eat tonight. I also helped plant some herbs in our garden plot.
